Think of a way to preserve packed food – take fresh cuts for example : it is the packaging process - modifying the atmosphere within the package until it reaches the point that the food – even delicate as fresh cuts stays fresh for extended shelf life while maintaining its flavors, looks and feel.

We all use packed food, not always remembering the process between growing it and serving it : how can fresh cuts of an exotic fruit can be served in the north poll, for example the answer is modified atmosphere packaging that leads the industry, allowing the freedom suppliers need.

In order to maintain your fresh cuts as fresh as possible, the composition of gases within the package is what counts. a good food packaging machine knows how to modify the atmosphere [ gases in the package ] in order to boost shelf life. Different fresh cuts will require different treatment – all possible from the same machine.

If you market fresh cuts and pack them at a state of the art equipment, you're fresh cuts will breathe in the package – as a normal process, one that will eventually harm them. Modifying the gas composition will boost their shelf life.

After being modified, the gas in the package is not natural and regular air, but a composition with lower values of O2 and increased levels of CO2 – depends on the fresh cuts you have.

The hi tech machinery being used in the industry today and advanced methods that we use without manpower or preservatives involvement in the process, makes what was once impossible a simple reality felt among consumers world wide.
